Dicodes Mod - Warranty Repair Policy

All Dicodes Mods include a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing faults within the electronic components of the device. Opening the device, other than the battery cap/cover to change the battery will void the warranty. Damage or corrosion to the electronic components of the device, caused by seepage of excessive e-liquid is not covered by the warranty.

Dicodes Mods (purchased directly from DICODES USA, within the 2-year warranty period) "include" the shipping and related logistics for ALL warranty returns. Once your warranty repair has been approved, we will assign an RMA numbered form and a pre-paid shipping label will be provided for the warranty return/repair. Warranty returns are processed on a case-by-case basis, ** DO NOT SHIP YOUR MOD TO US WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION .** Unauthorized returns will be refused at the delivery attempt.

To set up a warranty return, please e-mail our Customer Service department at cs@dicodes-usa.com please include your complete contact details, date of purchase, model, serial number, color and the exact symptoms of the issue. Upon authorization, we will e-mail the required documents for warranty return/repair. No warranty returns can be authorized by phone, please e-mail our Customer Service Department at cs@dicodes-usa.com.

Please note, a copy of the RMA form “MUST” be included inside the box with the mod, return “ONLY” the mod (WITHOUT) the metal box or the battery. Securely wrap the mod in bubble wrap, enclose it in a SMALL USPS PRIORITY MAIL FLAT RATE BOX, (use only this box). Securely attach the pre-paid label (that is specific to a SMALL USPS PRIORITY MAIL FLAT RATE BOX), and deliver it to your local post office. For shipment confirmation and your records, please obtain a shipping receipt at the time of shipment.

Securely wrap the mod in bubble wrap, enclose it in a SMALL DHL PLASTIC PADDED POUCH, (use only this POUCH). Securely attach a DHL clear sleeve to the pouch, inside the clear sleeve, place the pre-paid shipping labels and (2) copies of the RMA form, and deliver it to your local DHL Terminal. For shipment confirmation and your records, please obtain a shipping receipt at the time of shipment.
