All Dicodes chipsets are thoroughly tested during production to make sure they are not faulty. Due to the user intervention that is required to install the board ie., misuse or mistreatment, including improper installation or testing which may cause damage to the circuitry, there is no warranty supplied.
All boards are tested to meet USA and EU consumer safety, health and environmental requirements.
Please Note:
In order for the temperature control settings to function, a coil made from NiFe30, Titanium, Ni200, Tungsten, adjustable („other“) wire must be used, no exceptions. Coils made with Standard Nichrome or Kanthal A1 wire will only support wattage mode, so the temperature control feature cannot be utilized.
Dicodes FL80 Chipset
Power regulation electronic board for use of either single cell 18650 or dual cell applications (max power when using dual cells is 80W.) Also compatible with single cell 20700 or 21700 as the chemistry is the same as with standard 18650 batteries. Please note: (You cannot charge LiFePo batteries with the FL80 onboard charger circuit, because these batteries have a charge end voltage of type. 3.7V instead of 4.2V on standard 18650/21700 batteries. ** For additional information, please see the detailed specifications and wiring documentation below on this very advanced PCB.
